About QRelieve
QRelieve is a free QR code generator built for 3D printing. It was created by Ángel Miguel Olortiga Ríos, a maker based in New Windsor, New York, to solve a specific problem: regular QR generators give you an image, but turning it into a printable two-color part that actually scans takes modeling, testing and a lot of failed prints.
What makes this tool different
- It generates the complete 3D object —stand, keychain, plaque, coaster, magnet or card— with the raised code and your text.
- It exports a two-color 3MF that opens in Bambu Studio, PrusaSlicer, OrcaSlicer or Cura with the base and code already separated.
- It warns you in real time about the issues that stop a printed QR code from scanning: contrast, module size and relief height.
- It runs entirely in your browser: your links, wifi passwords and logos are never uploaded to any server.
How it's funded
The tool is and will stay free. It's funded by advertising and by affiliate links to recommended materials, always clearly labeled.
