How to make a 3D printed QR code in 3 steps

    1. 1

      Paste your link

Your restaurant menu, your Google review page, your Instagram, your website or your wifi details. The code is generated instantly.

    2. 2

      Customize the design

Pick the dot style, the colors and an emoji or your logo in the center. Then choose the object —stand, keychain, plaque, coaster, magnet or card— and add your text.

    3. 3

      Download and print

Download the two-color 3MF and open it in your slicer: the base and the QR code come as separate parts with their colors. PNG, SVG and STL are available too.

The perfect QR code stand for your restaurant tables

Better than laminated paper. A 3D printed stand doesn't bend, wipes clean and blends into your decor in your brand colors. Print one per table and stop replacing paper menus.

Prints without supports. The code face is tilted about 38° and faces up, so the relief prints cleanly and the piece sits firmly on the table. With a 70 mm code the stand is about 8 × 8 × 6 cm.

Add your venue's name. Put a short text below the code (the restaurant's name or “Our menu”) and an emoji. It prints raised in the same color as the QR code.

Contrast above all. If your brand colors are similar to each other, use a light base with a dark code. The tool warns you if contrast isn't enough for phones.

    Frequently asked questions

Which link should the menu QR code use?

Your digital menu: a page on your website, a published PDF or the link from your ordering or booking platform.

If I change the menu, do I need a new stand?

No, as long as you update the content at the same link. The QR code stores the address, not the menu.

How long does a QR stand take to print?

It depends on the printer and size; a stand with a 70 mm code usually takes 1 to 3 hours.

Can I use it for wifi or reviews too?

Yes. Switch the content above (Wifi or Google reviews) and the same stand works for any link.
